Blue screen at same location.

I'm getting a blue screen everytime at the exact same point in a game. When I load the autosave I Get it again, and my XP crashes. I'm weary of testing it out for fear of permenent damage. I'll get details on my video card ASAP (although it's a geforce 7600 PCI-E, I know that offhand, and I put that in about a month and a half ago, my old video card worked perfect with CIV 4 (as this has up til this point) but broke because of a manufacturing defect.

Is this with Civ4 vanilla or Civ4 Warlords? What are you doing when the crash occurs?

It is with Civ4 Vanilla, and I start up a new turn, go through the mainenence stuff, deny a few trades, then the map scrolls to a unit that's selected, and all motion stops, 10 or so seconds later is blue screen. I'm going to upload the save, although I'm trying it with lower graphics which may make it work, although that doesn't really make sense because my comp should be easily capable of running this on full...but anyway...I'll just post this in case I get blue screen.
