I've been experiencing a weird and serious issue during my latest game.
I'm not able to build any Cargo Ship in my coastal cities, the unit is greyed out and when I put my mouse button over it on my unit list it says "You cannot construct this trade unit because there are no available sea trade routes". I can build caravan instead.
As you can see into the attached image I have two quite close cities (one has the Great LH, one a LH)... There are more cities (mine and from a different civ) in ragne of a sea trade route outside the screenshot.
Any hints on how I can solve it?
