Bombardment To Kill Units?

I've spent some time reading through the FAQS and about some of the mods, but I couldn't find anything about this. I'm sorry if I missed it somewhere. Is there a way to modify units that bombard so as to make bombardments capable of killing units? I'm a complete newbie to the mod scene so I apologize if my question is overly simplistic.

I just found the post about the 1.21f patch. I noticed that there it says that the patch makes this possible. I guess I'll have to go home and mess with that and see if it works. Sorry guys.

It is in the editor. Mess around with it and you will find it. I can't remember where right now.

It's located under units in the editor.

You have to specify the ability for each unit, both sea and land bombardment.
