It should be the right turn.

I make it to be turn 16 - the last turn I've got saved on my harddrive was 15. I think that Henrik made a typo when he named the file as turn 17 - the turn number doesn't switch over until the Austrian turn, and not the Spanish

As for the game number, I simpify save names by just typing in whatever the person before me called the file, so I was just repeating SAS's typo.
