The Napoleonic Legend has become a reality! The destiny of France and the Emperor are one and the same....
The Emperor has issued a proclamation that, after the pacification of the Britannic Republic is complete, he intends to take possession of Hannover and India for France. The Independent Rhine States, Duchies and Principalities are also to be amalgamated into Greater France. He wishes to assure the Great Powers of Europe that they have nothing to fear from the French Empire, however.
