Brand New disc 2 doesn't read

I ordered BTS a while ago, and the disk 2 doesn't read on my windows 7, no matter what i do. Any help at all will be appreciated. I had a similar problem with vanilla, but i managed to get it to ready eventually, but this I can't seem to do anything with.

Did you try it with different drives and on another computer?
Because the CD could be broken.

The CD read fine on Windows XP.

Is the disc dirty? Try gently cleaning it?

Can you read the disc using Windows Explorer? If so copy the contents to a temporary folder on your hard drive and read from there.

If you can read it on another machine, copy the contents of the disc to a folder on the hard drive of that PC then transfer the folder to your PC and install.

If it's a brand new disc though take it back and exchange it for one that does work.
