What does the "leader of the House of Commons" (Mogg) do?

Re Esther McVey, isn't she in that same business (house contracting) as a private individual? Not that the tories care about conflicts of interest.

    also:

    No......

Is it a redeeming feature of those lists that as you look at who is out you cringe as much as when you read who is in?

Moggy as LotH is going to be coming to (terribly gentlemanly) blows with the Speaker if the Brexiteers try to drive through no-deal using underhand means. Bercow has been pretty clear that he thinks parliament must be respected by the government.

    Boris Johnson quotes:

"The only reason I wouldn't visit some parts of New York is the real risk of meeting Donald Trump."
“a quite stupefying ignorance that makes him, frankly, unfit to hold the office of president of the United States.”
"I don’t want to expose Londoners to any unnecessary risk of meeting Donald Trump.”
“I think Donald Trump is clearly out of his mind.”
“I am genuinely worried that he could become president."

Has anyone reminded POTUS of these recently? I understand he has some cognitive difficulties and may not know who Boris is...

Boris didn't sound so defiant when he traveled to the US and went to Fox news "hoping the president would listen to me"
Anyway, I think it will be great if Trump makes Boris pledge allegiance. One more humiliation for Bojo.

Well... "do"... is such a word really applicable to someone like Mogg ?

But he made already some instructions how his staff has to behave:

The referendum campaign in 2016 had co-ordination and funding from the Russian intelligence apparatus.

There's a trend noticed by Jews down here on the Southern Hemisphere, a combination of pro-Israelism with explicit Judæophobia.
Nigel Farage states that there has to be an ‘antidote’ to George Soros, i.e. he and his ideas are poison. It comes so close to the NSDAP's definition of ‘degeneracy’ that it's downright embarrassing.

Did he deliberately sprinkle in some sensible ones to balance it out, or can be genuinely not tell the difference?

Hes still clinging on to imperial measurements. They haven't been taught in schools for at least the last 40 years.

This Cabinet would be hilarious if it didn't actually happen. After all, Raab didn't realise that Dover was 'so' important to our trade and is now Foreign Secretary and Patel made unscheduled visits to Israel to meet with foreign assets, compromising British security, and as Home Secretary, she's now responsible for British security. Williamson was fired just months ago for leaking private Cabinet affairs and is now the Education Secretary... It's a total madhouse.

I mean, he is not even pretending to not be evil! He could have put anything there, and he went with schools!
Nor is he pretending to live in the twenty first century.
