Someone may have already said it, but whenever Boudicca pops up with all her Welsh talk and Welsh cities. She`s more Welsh than Icenni. Her faction might as well be renamed Wales.

All we need is for Scotland to be made a Civ and no more issues for England.

1/6 of the cities are Welsh and the capital isn't one of them, so I'm not sure your point. She speaks Welsh because, of all the modern Insular Celtic languages, it's probably the closest.
