    ...is boooring.

I mean, what was it? Tech fast, build lots of cities by some date in 18th century, and yeah, circumnavigate the world. Plays about the same as Portugal or Netherlands. The game has no specific "British Empire" feeling to it, especially as you miss out on Britain's 19th century golden age.

Much more interesting goals would be things like:

"Prevent anybody else from having colonies in NA east of Missisippi by 1770"
<- would force you to go for North America despite American spawn and would make you build a huge navy.

"Make sure Portugal, Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, Russia or the Ottomans don't collapse or get conquered until 1915"
<- Balance-of-Power-diplomacy, also makes Goal 1 more difficult.

"Build a Railroad from Cape to Cairo by 1900"
<- combines a tech goal with a colonial goal.

too bad I suck at scripting. Oh well, I'll just try to achieve them as if it was an UHV, anyway.
