[BTS 3.19] Earth 35 Civilizations MOD

Just a quick question, Im a bit of a traditionalist is there any way to use the map and the new civs but use the standard unmodified tech tree and remove the new units (such as humvee ect.).

Even if I could take some XML's from other mods and paste them in.

*edit* never mind I think I've figured it out just ignore my noob moment.

Can you explain to us how this is done? It would be greatly appreciated.
 
I created a "new version" that fixes some bugs and improve AI. It will be uploaded soon I hope.
Here's details.

- Added Better Bts AI version 0.81M gamecore.dll.
- Added Varitas Delectat 7.5
- Removed Modern Era extra units feature.
- Added Priesthood as New Religion Founding Technology
- Replaced Ottoman Empire with a New Civilization Kazakhstan Empire.
- Replaced Persian Empire with a Sumerian Empire.
- Fixed: Added Varietas Delectat fixes to Modular Civilizations and Custom Leaderheads.
- Fixed: CvReligionScreen now display Holy Cities when one of them is raided.
- Fixed: Some map plots are changed.
 
congrats for this mod Liambane. Really nice work.

The only minor bug I encountered while playing zulu in my first game today was :
- unit textures change sometimes (eg hacheman will look as quecha or zulu workers will look as regular workers or indian workers) but the proper textures seem to be back when selecting unit.

I will update and comment on any other bug to help u improve ur exellent work.

Yesterday night game crashed while reaching infantry and about to kill zara yacoub (still as zulu).
All civs were met and had free passage with each.
Game was not laggin and turns going smoothly despite lots of units all together.

Only other texture bug i saw were skirmish units looking like quecha sometimes.

I'm gonna go for a reload and hope game can go on !
(notice that i had 'have to restart computer' due to update poped arround 6 times while playing..)

I got the March 10 version of this mod and it used to work fine when using 3.13v of BTS. Now that I an patched to 3.19 have found my copy and placed it in my mod folder however the program crashes right after I ok to load the mod.. What is going on?

P.S: My mod readme file led me to this thread but I do not remember the map being huge huge.. just huge :confused::confused::confused:

Download this latest MOD version. The game crash because you use BTS 3.19 version with 3.13 mod version.
 
Will the old map (from March 10 fr 40 starting civs) work with th4 new MOD?? sorry if it sounds like a dumb question.
 
This mod is fantastic. I love the new civs especially.

However, around turn 200 or so, the game will randomly start to crash, usually in a BSOD.

Any idea what gives? I know nothing technical about computers, but I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if it is just that my laptop can't handle the size of the 35 civ game.

edit: Nevermind -- I changed my graphics settings and now it works (mostly) fine. I still get an occasional unhandled memory problem, which I causes it to crash, but not in a BSOD.
 
This mod is great, but how do I get the Greeks in this game??

I love playing with them. Id change them out for the Byzantine Empire. They are worthless.

I guess I'll try it with the Egyptians or Romans, but it wont be the same without the Greek empire to destroy...
 
I love this mod, but it needs a bigger scoreboard. When I have meet everyone in the world it goes of my widescreen..

That's probably cause you have a small screen. Buy a 23" screen for a best performance.
 
How can I use the map and the starting 35 civs but with the standard tech tree and nothing else? Please give detailed instructions since I am a total noob

My mod Doesn't touch the tech tree. Only Religion Root is added for have more religions.
 
Is it possible, in any way, shape or form, to play this mod multiplayer? Whether Hot-seat or over the internets?
 
u actually ruin the earth map cuz of the giant size u can just keep terrain like the same but maybe edit some resource to make the game balance and more realistic
 
Trying to play an online multiplayer game of this mod. We can't see any games created in the lobby. Any advice on how to set this up in multiplayer? Does it work?
