BTS Genghis_Kai's Giant Earth Map (18 civs @ old world)

It's modifited version of Giant Earth Map by Genghis_Kai.

I've just remove most of civs and put the new one. There is no mods and dlls required to play on this map but it contain only 18 civs.
All civs are starting in old world, and they are:
Babylonian
Byzantine
Carthaginian
Chinese
Dutch
English
Ethiopian
Holy Roman
Indian
Japanese
Khmer
Korean
Malinese
Mongolian
Portuguese
Russian
Viking
Zulu

When I try to load the map, it starts loading and then eventually the screen goes blank. I completely uninstalled Civ4 and BtS and then reinstalled them. I still have the same problem. I have plenty of RAM, so I don't know what the problem is at this point.....

I rolled back my video card driver to the original one and now the map loads fine.
