Jeckel
Great Reverend
!! RELEASED !! - August 31, 2008
Requires: Civilization 4: Beyond the Sword v3.17
This mod will allow you to set Names for various Tile objects, Terrain, Hills, Features, Bonuses, Improvements, Routes, and Rivers. The mod does NOT change GamePlay in any way, shape, or form. Instead it is designed for use by modders and scenario makers to give more life to their world.
The most basic way to set Tile Names is through a new InGame Popup. The Popup is called by pressing 'ALT + N' and will only display in Single Player Games and when the World Builder Screen is active. As long as the modded CvWBDesc.py file is used, then names will be saved to and loaded from World Builder Saves. All naming code is done in Python and the new CyPlot methods are not used inside the SDK at all.
An example Scenario, 'JTileNames - Sherwood Forest', is included with the Mod.
Requires: Beyond the Sword v3.17
Changes: Python, SDK
Version: 1.000 - August 31, 2008
