BtS - Missing Map Options

I've just realized that my BtS install doesn't have ...

World Wrap: Toroidal
Resources: Balanced

... as options under the map scripts. I don't have warlords installed - just Vanilla Civ4 and BtS. Is there anything else that I am missing due to not installing warlords?

Not every map script has those options. For example Inland Sea can only have flat or cylindrical wrap, and many don't have a separate resource setting. Are you positive the map script you're going for is supposed to have those? The regular ones like Fractal, Pangaea and Continents should obviously have those, though.
