BTS Flag Mod

This Mod changes the flags for all of the Civilizations in Beyond The Sword:


To use-

Extract zip file to directory: Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\MODS


* Do not copy files to your C: drive directory where you installed
the game. Make sure you copy to your My Games folder only!

Thanks to Bad Ronald as I used his mod/dds files as a starting point!!

(I may update this later since I'm not too happy with a couple of the flags.)

This is good. Some criticisms, though:



(a) The Tunisian flag should not be used to represent Carthage. The modern Tunisians are (and consider themselves to be) part of the Arab civilization, not a continuation of the Carthaginians. (Nothing against either of them, just the way it is.) Second, The flag is way too similar to the Turkish flag you are using.

(b) The Turkish flag being used represents (IIRC) the modern Turkish Republic, not the Ottoman Empire. A better flag could, perhaps, be found?
