BTS RTW mod

1-ok guys i have BTS v3.19 and i wanna know if there out there and update to RTW or whats the latest updated
2-and if someone know if there a mapbuilder or map editor to use FOR BTS
3-is there a way to use a map editor to work on RTW
4-is there a way to shut off the winter thing on EUROPE maps to play just like on PACIFIC... i personally find annoying when the winter goes on is there a way to play EU just like on the Pacific Scenarios

[CHEESE!]

1. RtW UE (Ultimate Edition) has what you need. Find it in the RtW forums.
2. WorldBuilder. Press ESC ingame. You have tools at your disposal to change the map, cities, units, etc. You can't change the civs though.
3. Same as above. Press ESC ingame.
4. I don't know. Ask Dale or a RtW fan.
