ok i am brand new to this forum and i just got fall from heaven 5 days ago and it hooked me. My question is in order to get .25 do i have to buy the bts expansion pack or can i play without out it? i mean its only 30 bucks so i am not to worried if i have to buy it, i am just quite eager to get a hold of the newest version once its out and i want to know what i need. I am sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but i have yet to find what i am looking for in this regard.

yes you will need BtS, and it is highly recommendable itself.
until 0.25 is out, you can buy BtS and have a go at FfH Age of Ice scenario coming with it. it will set you in the time before the age of rebirth (thats where ffH II takes place) and lets you replay the epic story of the Amurites
