Hey folks,
I sent a carrier-based Jet Fighter to do photo-recon, and it left a long finger of unexposed land running north-south just below where the photo-recon square was. There was also some unexposed area to the SE of where I clicked.
I believe I poked on the square with the fort in it, or it might have been the square just to the north of the fort.
Here's the same turn before I did the photo recon (you'll have to find the carrier about halfway around the world, to the east):

Here's the same game just after the photo recon. Note that there's another Jet Fighter doing patrol duty from the same carrier, if you want to send him on another photo recon to the same area:
