[BUG] coal hidden by farm

[Quagga]

The game told me about new coal, but I couldn't see it until I turned on the resource icons. As you'll see from the screen shot, it is obscured by the farm. Not a bit poking up out of the ground. Maybe a design choice, but I consider it a misfeature at best.

I found out in the same game that this can happen with oil too.
