Bug in trading calculation?

When I sell luxury to AI they will give me 300 gold from it.
When I sell luxury to AI they wont agree to 10 gold per turn never. 10*30=300 but i think it would be cheaper to AI to agree the later?

They also wont agree to trading luxury for 9 gold per turn + lump sum 25 which is total 295. Cheaper than lump sum 300. I'm I missing something or doing calculation wrong?

Other question>> when I load autosave bbc 3000 game starts on bbc 2950 or so? What is this problem or bug?

Turn off autosave, it will crash you. This is probably because it tries to save during the AI turn (as far as I can tell).

I autosave after each move, as the game sometimes loses the mousepointer and can only be made operable again by powerswitching the PC.

What else than autosaving would prevent that I lose a lot of work then?

Just remember to save every turn Quicksave is F11
