[BUG?] Me getting rescued from Myself

I'm currently playing on a Huge map of the planet and I've wiped out hive together with Peacekeepers, but the thing is, approximately after 10 years, a peacekeeper probe team comes to my HQ and saves me from myself. That is:
-I get a message that I was saved from something and that I'm now his satelite
-All of my bases get wiped out
-All my units and three colony pods appear on some 1-tile island near the continent

Is this a bug? How to counter it without delivering peacekeeper's ass to him (he's my probing ally, i need him right now)?.

You just ran into a a rare but known bug. I can't remember whether it can be avoided. What happens if you station a Probe Team of your own in your HQ? Would your Probe Team engage the Peacekeeper Probe in combat?

Haven't thought of that. Will try as soon as I reach my pc .

EDIT: It did help, though as soon as i get in bad relations with him the backstabber attacks me ;'(.
