Bug Options Failure, Text Not Disappearing

Hey everyone, I just have a quick question. At the top of the screen right below the research bar there's a few lines of text that go halfway down the screen detailing Bug Options failures. The problem is the fact that it's 20 turns into the game and it won't go away... Any suggestions?

The most likely reason is that Civ4 is not started as administrator. Bug options need write access in the Civ4 mod folder and Vista/7 don't grant these.

I'm having the same problem. How do you set yourself to be the administrator?

Right-click the shortcut/program and choose 'Run as Administrator'
