Hey,
I just wanted to remind everyone that similar to the tile culture bug I started a thread for recently, there are also red debug messages to help catching the overflow bug. This is another rare bug that can lead to hyper advanced independents and that I have yet to be able to reproduce in autoplay. You should see a red text message that says
"Player [name] [commerce] (x) does not match sum of city [commerce] (y)"
It usually appears at the start of your turn, and might get drowned out by other messages, so keep you eye out. As usual, a save from the nearest previous turn helps me here.
