Bug where you can DoW when you have a DoF.

You can't DoW someone through normal diplomacy when you have a DoF with them. It even says in the Civlopedia diplomacy menu that you're not allowed to declare war with anyone you have a declaration of friendship.

You can circumvent this by clicking on one of their units and with yours and declaring war that way.

Wait, a regular DoF is supposed to prevent war? The AI backstabs me through those all the time. I made this topic because being backstabbed through an actual alliance didn't happen to me on a regular basis.
