Bug with civ list and specialists

i'm playing on earth24civs map as egyptians.I build the obelisk but i can not select the priest specialist because there is a bug where some civs are listed also if in city screen.So everytime i press on the priest specialist appears Ragnar.
There is anyway to build the specialist without speaking with ragnar?

Try the Alt+I / Ctrl+I options to modify the game interface. Perhaps one of these options will hide the civ list.
