Bugged prussia has no unique building.

Hello all, as per the tile, it's the second game I play with prussia and there are several issues.

First off the loading screen shows only one unique unit for the civ.

Secondly, civilopedia and the the tech tree correctly show both unique units, however, the tech tree and civilopedia have no Staatseisenbahn in them.

There are other Civs that seem to be missing details in their loading screen too. Prussia and Meiji Japan were listed as such examples here:

Not much to add except the screenshot. It happened consistently once I switched to Prussia for the modern age. Latest save file attached.
