As a citizen, I demand to see some build queue discussions being put forth. I have yet to see any real discussions, leading to bad build queue choices. (i.e., worker in 2 turns when the city grows to size 2 in 7).

I'll second this, (two citizens and build queue's is connected someway... I know it :))

As a newby in the demogame, let me ask a question:

Can we expect the DP apply some micromanagement to e.g. coincide growth to pop 7 with the production of a new settler
  • if explicitely told so, or
  • out of his/her own initiative, or
  • maybe, or
  • not likely?
    [/list=a]

  • It depends on the DP, so out of his/her own initiative.

  • I think only if told to do so, atleast according to the rules. And that means, even mid-chat, if the governor realizes something, he can't change it. Of course, I want this to be about build queue instructions, not another political debate. ;)

So, pick a city or six, and put your agenda forward! :D

I'd also like to see the plans of the governors, too. But, they don't seem to be talking.

Please understand that I am posting this as a citizen, but if I will be the next governor of Audiac, I will most likely not change my opinions. ;) I will discuss the list with the mayors and hope to reach agreement on "what is best". And since I am new to the demogame, I am not sure about the excact long-time projections. But at least you get the intention.

Build queue for Vandelay:
granary, settler, settler, settler, settler, library, market

Build queue for Cijam:
granary, worker, worker, worker, worker, library, market

Build queue for St. Octaviansburg:
switch to harbor, library, market, aqueduct

Build queue for Ravensburg
switch to library, harbor, market, catapult, catapult, aqueduct

Build queue for "white"
granary, suicide galleys until we make contact, library, market

Build queue for "wines in the NW"
