Building Epics problem

I have built the National Epic but i cannot build the Heroic Epic in Sparta?
I have a uit in the city XP 5, it just doesnt let me build it?

Any ideas?
Also the national epic is still there to be built, but I have built this in my capitol already?

I believe that the Heroic epic requires XP level 6.

Also, are you sure you completed the National epic?

You don't need a unit with 6 (5 in vanilla) XP, but a unit lvl 6, which is 26 XP when you're not charismatic, and quite a big difference

Also, you just need do have at one moment in the gale such a unit. DOn't need to put it in the city, and if it dies you're still ok.

Isn't a lvl 6 unit for West Point? I thought Heroic Epic was only lvl 4.

Not to mention that you can only build two National wonders in each city.

Heroic Epic needs Barracks, not Library.

Just for completeness: Both Epics require Literature; National Epic also requires a Library; Heroic Epic requires a Barracks (in the city) and a Level 4 unit anywhere. Note that Level 4 demands not only the 10 XP but also that the unit has been given the three promotions permitted by those XPs, and that any initial promotions which a unit gets upon creation do not count (e.g. a Quechua gets Combat 1 automatically, but still starts at Level 1 as do all units).
