Building Graphics: Generic Modern/Industrial building

I needed a modern looking building for my democracy exclusive improvement and ended up making it out of the Hydro Plant improvement graphics. Since it has zero personality it can be used for practically anything. I'm thinking of using it as a sort of Trade Center with 50% tax increase and 1 unhappy citizen due to increasing economical inequality hence the name of the zip and the files.

Good job again - My favorites are the buildings which add unhappiness. I would even add another unhappy face because of people who just hate the "architecture"

Now to something completely different: Inspired by your building I checked how the original looks like. I do like the graphics by civ3 artists and this is another example how they pay attention to details. Notice how the grass is normal above the building and above pools it's blurred - by the steam raising from the pools.

WTH? You have buildings_large.psp and buildings_small.psp instead of .pcx!
