[GS] Building on Coast/Ocean

What can you build on the coast and ocean tiles? I founded a city on a one tile island, there are two other one tile island in my borders, so I can build two districts (indust and encampment for the production). I know I can build a harbor, aquatics district, and I think late game there is a new something that can be built there.

I'm not worried about housing or amenities (modded) but what else can I build?

Statue of liberty and Sydney opera house comes to mind. What else?

Seasteads late game
Colossos, Great Lighthouse, Golden Gate Bridge (but unlikely to meet the conditions for building it in the city you mentioned), Mausoleum, Venetian Arsenal

Offshore wind farms also.
Mausoleum and arsenal require additional land tiles.

Wind farms and pods are OP. Too bad they come so late. Feels like SMAC all over again

(it's interesting to play with only three land spots....)
