Sorry, I didn't mean a specific problem with your scenario. I just meant the 'problem' if events in general. The most time consuming and frustrating element of scenario design in my personal opinion.

After some time wondering how to run Civilization 2 ToT on my laptop on Windows 8 since my old rig that I used to work on passed away after 12 years of loyal service. I finally made the game work, after 20 failed patching attempts, reinstallings and doing all the possible things except for the one that fixed it ... I had to run Civ2 with my Nvidia card instead of the integrated GPU and manually set this as a rule. Took me 3 years to work it out.
