Hehe, nearly as many people don't care as think something positive about him!
Don't get ahead of yourself. We don't even know when he is going down.
Bush will go down as.....
at best a joke
at worse the biggest threat to peace
A indept preseident surrounded by inept morons is how i think he will be portrayed. except by the fundy's and overly patriotic middle americans, who i expect will consider him and the things he did to be great.
He is now way the worst President, nor is he the best. Apparently he will go down as the President who had the power to control the weather and did nothing about it. :shakehead
I'd believe you, considering that Washington was neither a Federalist nor a Democrat-Republican, meaning that neither side of the nation's political spectrum was too happy with him. Of course, George Bush is no George Washington.
Where's the option for "an inept moron surrounded by one of the worst administrations in American history"?
Actually, though, I think it's still much too early to say how Bush will be regarded in the long run. As much as I'd like it to be the above, history is written by the victors, and the conflict over America's future is still undecided.
Bush has already entered the history books as
LAZIEST President in the history of America
FISCAL debt and spending is the Highest ites even been in US History
With a bit of luck and time Bush may even hold the record of the president with the lowest approval rating ever. Currently at 39%,
Dont worry like Nixon and other governemnts the "truth" of the administration will eventually become public knowledge after they are removed from office. We may be ony seeing the tip of the iceburg for political incompetence and corruption.
...a lead balloon.
George W. Bush Forkbeard
I don't think George W. Bush will be remembered in history. As I see it, there is only one future development that will make us remember of him: if his agression of Iraq will spawn long lasting consequences for the West, then he will be remembered as the bringer of doom; otherwise he will be forgotten among the mediocres
The world's worst speller
Bush will probably be remembered as a bad president- 4/10 or so compared to some of the worst you've had. American politics- 40 years of ripping the other guy down over a single issue (Monica, Iraq, Vietnam, Watergate etc) just because he's not your guy.
Presidents are only human with human flaws. Look hard enough and they are all bad in some ways. And always subject to revision- Truman=hero for defeating Japan +50 years and Truman = murderer for using nukes on Japan
Well, pretty much every president since WWII has held the distinction of having the highest debt. Rest assured that Bush's successor will hold this record as soon as Bush leaves office.
Laziest president? I'm not sure where you get this, but he doesn't sleep in Cabinet meetings like Reagan !
