what did the average byzantine army of about the 1100s, i thik it was spearmen and a lot of catafracts but i'm wondering in more specific terms

Cataphracts had not been in use sinc ebefore1071, but rather a differnt sort f cavalry, more feudal in nature had taken thier place, but it was faulty replacement (the fall of the thematic system mean that the Byzantine empire could no longer raise cataphracts aswe all know them; heavilly armed well equipped, and well trained troops; instead they ha dbeen replaced, and the Byzantine state would never be able to revert back to cataphacts, as opposed to the more fuedalistic stratatoi cavalry
