C2C SVN Changelog

Awesome! Performance updates are awesome and I wish to see them keep coming... maybe yall could find a way to adopt the replacement of trade routes that afforess made that help speed up performance speed by removal all trade routes and replacing it with something else.

Highly unlikely since much has already been done on trade routes in C2C and they are essential for many other things. Further more no evidence has been forth coming that there is any problem in C2C from trade routes.
 
Trade routes are still utterly opaque as a game concept, which tell you very little other than that having them is good. If Hydromancerx really wants a hard-core strategy mod, then everything that is included, even vanilla stuff, should be readily understandable and explainable.

Merged a few changes from AND
  • Add new option to flexible difficulty to allow AI's to be influenced as well.
  • Change notices for flexible difficulty to display for all players
  • Log flexible difficulty stats to the ANewDawn.log file for debugging purposes
  • Add better save incompatibility messages
  • Rewrite the city scaling mechanic so that it works under pitboss (which has no active player...)
  • Save/Load zobrist plot cache to ensure game integrity
  • More detailed network messages for debugging multiplayer
  • Fix bug in civic attitude calculations with player values leaking out to other players

  • Added AI logic for Players to trade war allies
  • Show actual maintenance savings or costs of gold per turn in civics screen
  • Resources discovered by random chance from improvements can not appear on terrain types they are not valid for
  • Display saved maintenance from buildings as negative (as in reducing maintenance costs)

- Reduce the spawn rate of the Glyptodon and Opossum.
- Allow free movement of the subdued Groundsloth.
- Add New myth and story buildings for the various tapirs
- Fix some reported text errors.
- Set the My_Mods folder to load so that people can move mods in and out.

7901 updates

- Add sound for Shaman Missionary.
- Stop Guard Cats walking on water.

  • The Education and Tourism Properties no longer spread to Plots
  • Fixed the Education Property Decay
  • Changed the iAIWeight for the Disease Property from 0 to -10
 
Is there any particular reason why the Great Wall's graphics are recalculated at the start of every turn, rather than when you simply load a new game (as in AND)? Wouldn't it speed up turn resolution if that was so?

Answer: to help facilitate the viewports and graphical paging mechanics for those players that must use them to be able to play C2C.

Also my old friend this is the wrong thread for this question. This thread is supposed to be for Modder SVN Updates to get posted so everyone knows what's going on in the SVN.
