This vote is to approve changes discussed and polled here and here. At-Large Councilmembers have been added at the end of the Council Leader chain as specified in the description of that position. "Grab Bags" for Elected and Appointed officials have been added as specified in the polls linked above.
All cabinet members should vote with a YES, NO, or ABSTAIN. This poll will remain open until midnight (GMT) on Wednesday, April 24. If the poll results in a tie, the President will cast the tie-breaking vote.
