Can 2 units swap places on tiles in the same turn?

For example, lets say you got unit A on tile C and unit B on tile D and you want unit A on tile D and unit B on tile C. How could you do that in the same turn? Can both units like swap places at the time time or will you have to go through the annoying effort of first moving one unit of its tile and then put the other unit on said tile thus wasting more movement points then should be needed?

Discuss.

Unit swapping has been confirmed. Obviously enough, both units must have at least one movement point. I guess there will be an icon as well as a keyboard/mouse shortcut.

I believe units can swap.

"Adding in the additional burden of managing an army spread out over a large area just means doing it all on a different scale and making sure that your ranged units stay clear of melee. Fortunately, the game will allow adjacent allied units to swap positions, so you can keep fresh troops engaged with the enemy and rescue your ranged units from contact with melee fighters."

We have been told that the game includes a swap positions order that takes care of this with one command.

EDIT: Even geriatric ninjas could have got in before me on this one. :(

Ah! This is good to hear. That means I won't have to worry about annoying movement orders to get everyone where I want them.

If you move one unit onto another units hex, then the units will swap places if they have enough movement points.

This can be done from more than one hex away too.

As Schusseled says, just move your unit onto the friendly unit, and both will move where the other unit was, (so long as both units have movement points), this can be done with adjacent units, but it is not limited by range, you can swap two lancer units 5 hexes away from each other the same way.

Very handy for moving about troops into formations.
