Can Anyone Help Make This Map R&F Compatible?

There is a mod called "The Great Asia v2.1" available on Steam that is exactly what I am looking for to play an Asian theme game, but apparently it is not R&F compatible. It looks like someone may have made a simple modification to make it compatible, but this modification is unreleased... Hate to beg, but would someone release a patch for this for R&F? It seems simple enough to do for you modding pros. The mod seems too good to not be R&F ready for the community!

I was so hoping this would work. I tried this and every time I load the game it just crashes to desktop no matter what size map I try. Not sure why... Really got my hopes up. Perhaps you can figure something out? Thanks for taking the time to reply and help.
