Can anyone tell me why I can never build the Mithril Golem?

I always have RoK (with or without it as my State religion), the Tablets of Bambur, and mithril, and even the two Mithril techs (can't remember exact names) but I cannot build the fella. What am I missing?

Do you have 70 AC?

avatars require >70 armageddon counter.
Pedia doesnt say it, though.

Check the link "Unit & Civ Reference Charts" in my sig and you can see all requirements for all units. Though the only other "Hidden" requirement really is Meshabber of Dis also needing an AC of 70. And I think that it tells you as much in his Strategy Pedia.

TY. Looks like I will have to raze a few cities... The 4 horsemen have already come through -- all were killed by the AI within 2 turns except the first dude, who spawned on a tiny island adjacent to Gurid, no less! The two of them are ignoring each other, sadly.
