Can Granaries, Lumber Mills, etc. Be Shared By Cities?

Playing again! Anyone know if using Granaries, Lumber Mills, or Smelters in areas where multiple cities overlap shares the bonus production for all cities or does the bonuses go to just one city?

Nope. One for each. You'll see a city radius appear as you place the building, and that's the city it counts for.

Really? I see both radii when I place my Granary/Lumber Mill/Smelter.

Yes, but only because they overlap each other. A slightly brighter radius will indicate the right city affected by the building.
