as it is domination is way too easy, especially if its on a coast. 2 battleships and 1 unit can take down a civilization thats 75% of the map in a couple turns. Its a little harder if its in the middle of there empire but you can beeline too it ignoring other cities and whittle down there army on the way without doing risky attacks. just take a lot of defensive units, posisiot them right and put arty behind them and bang, 1 shot anyone who comes within 2 tiles
Ideally I could see a huge happiness hit to a civ thats lost its capital for a small amount of turns, but as it is its way too easy and domination was always my favorite victory type
