Can I edit the game's files to center diplomacy on a wide-screen monitor?

Most things in the game default to centering on my monitor, but diplomacy always ends up in the upper left-hand corner of my monitor. Is there something that I can add to the game's files that fixes this?

As far as I know, no. Sorry. It would be great if that was possible, though.

It seems like all you would need to do is add the correct centering command... to every ****ing line of dialogue on the game >.>
