Can I make mods part of the original game?

Because I d/l'd the Canada Mod (sorry, forgot the author's name) and I always play it but I've grown tired of waiting for the game to restart and load up again as this is a waste of a time. So am I able to add the mod files into the game's original files or is there a trick to all this or is it not possible at all?

P.S: I'm not computer literate so pardon me if I sound dumb.

Create a shortcut (either copy or edit the one you already have), rightclick on it and use "properties" from the menu you get.
under "shortcut" and source it should say something like:
"...\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" (that is for BtS, but all the other Versions are similar) now change that to the following:
"...\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" mod= Mods\MODNAME
with MODNAME = the Mod you want to use.
Now the game will always start with that mod if you use the shortcut.

Alternatively you can open ...\My Games\Beyond the Sword\CivilizationIV.ini (or the equivalent for the version you use) with any texteditor and change the following entry:

Mod=0
to
Mod=MODNAME

this will have the same effect, but will start the mod always whatever means you use to start the game...
