Sorry if I am not being specific or helpful enough in my description. I'm not exactly the best with computers. I will try to explain this as clearly as I can and will try to answer any questions as best as I can.
I am running 3.17 with the Wolfshanze mod.
My roommate and I both downloaded what I think are different 3.17 patches.
I played a game using Wolfhshanze and 3.17. The menu shot did not have a paper looking banner on the title, but rather the standard title look that comes on the BTS box. I have a screenshot of what I mean by this paper banner.
My roommate played a different game on my computer with the different 3.17 (with the paper banner) BUT he labeled the BTS application, so we had 2 separate BTS applications in the install directory.
From this point on both BTS applications had the paper banner title shot. And I can not load my old game. So I have the following questions
1.) Is the paper banner 3.17 the newest and best patch? If not, can some one send me the best one? I don't want to be refereed to a place I can get it, as there seems to be multiple 3.17 patches, and I don't want to re-load the paper banner patch (as I've done more than once.)
2.) Is it possible for me to load this game? If so, how?
Helpful advice would be very appreciated, as the save was a very enjoyable game. Insults and unhelpful criticism would not be very appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out.
