Is there any way that i can take off game limits`?!

In Civ 3, no.
In PTW you can change it in the editor. Up to 1000 turns, IIRC.
In C3C you can change it in the game setup screen.

I have C3C....but doesnt seem like i can remove turn limit totally...just me being a noob?!

It allows you to change it on the Game Limits screen.

I am not sure how high you can go but I know it goes to at least 1000. Not sure if it goes higher.

You can set it as high as 1000 turns, but no higher. That should be enough for anyone though.

I once put the turns to the max limit (1000 turns). I played for hours, and hours, and hours and by then, it was around 3000 AD. It never ended. I recommend no one should make the limit 1000 turns, unless you like really long games, or you play quickly.

Well, 1000 turns is 460 turns more than the standard game. By 1950, the turns are at one year a turn. So you should have gotten a histograph by at least 2510, which is 460 turns after 2050.
