Can no longer use SVN - always crashes

I last tried this with SVN 5651. This has occurred the last several updates. I get everything set up and as soon as I end the very first turn, it crashes to desktop with no error message. Right before this happened, I uninstalled Civ IV completely, reinstalled everything, including C2C v30. I just got done downloading the SVN for the first time on this new install. I've been playing v30 with no issues but the SVN just doesn't work anymore. I've attached the save and minidump.
