can not add downloaded civ 4 mods files to my new comupter

i tried to add some mods from this great site to my new windows 7 home premium comupter using bitzipper but when i tried to add the files to the beyond the sword mods folder the computer blocks it and says you do not have write permission to that folder, please select another folder and try again. can anyone help?

Just try to download it regularly, and unzip it then with admin rights.
