Can not connect to civplayers.com

[New Weird Order]

I have two new machines with Windows 7. I want to MP but every time I go to the civplayers link (on either PC), I get the 403 Access denied message.

Are there problems with that site, or am I missing something?

Hmm.. the site is up, must be something on your end.

(I am with XP though)
