Can not install - "DLL function call crashed"

Hi guys,

just got my pre-order copy, and it will not install

I put the CD in, it installed directX, and then when I click on the "next" button, it says "undhandled error - 0x800407407 - Description : DLL function call crashed: IRST._CtrlsetMLERichtext
Setup will not terminate "

Any hints ?

This is really sad. Apparently I'm the only one with that problem, I just can't do anything, and Take2 support told me to call back tomorrow because their servers were down or something. I think I am going to cry now.

Allright from where it crashes and from the message apparently my computer is not able to display the License Agreement that is in RTF format ; now how could I fix that ?

Try installing the Directx9.0c that came with the game

I did. To no avail, apparently.
