Can Not Log Into Gamespy

Can someone help. From the game, I can't join the lobby to see anything.

My GS account won't work, can't create a new one. The page from the game under internet games is as far as it goes.

I CAN host MP IG games, and join MP IP games.

I want to be able to join GS games.

HELP PLEASE
