Can someone upload it?

I'll upload v5.0 from 2 years ago, but I also can't access anything more recent from startegyinformer either. I'll post the link once it finishes uploading, but I'm only going to keep it up for a week as I'm a bit unfamiliar with MediaFire's policies.
