that city number in the civ rules that does corruption computation?

what is that number? city for 1 civ, for the entire map? in a huge map its set at 32, what happen if i put it at 10, or 100

Thats the optimum city for each Civ before the corruption things kick in. And its not the same for diff difficulty level. For the easiest its 100% of those number of cities, as level gets higher the percentages drop. :p
 
mmm...but i had huge maps in which i had less than 32 cities and the corruption is already rampant...
